How the brand was created
With hands-on experience in martial arts gi sales since 2017 and feedback from 300 clubs, schools and coaches, we created a new trademark for more demanding athletes with upgraded fabric and design. Every gi is developed in line with the requirements of the relevant federations.
We started from the real complaints athletes had about other brands: major shrinkage after washing, color bleeding in colored gi, inconsistent shades within one set, weak value for money and no warranty. That is why BUDOGI focuses on practical details athletes feel in training, not just in marketing: more stable fabric behavior, cleaner fit, mandatory quality checks and a clear warranty.
For modern athletes, confidence in the brand matters as much as durability and fit. The BUDOGI trademark is registered in Ukraine and in the EU, which means the brand is protected, holds exclusive rights and aligns with European Union standards.
What quality means to us
Fabric and fit
We selected a 70% cotton and 30% polyester blend: polyester adds strength and reduces fabric weight, while cotton absorbs sweat well during intensive training. With proper care, shrinkage stays limited, and colored models keep dye loss to a minimum.
Upgrades through feedback
Athlete feedback continues to shape the line. The density of the PRO judo gi is being increased to 720 g/m² to bring athletes closer to a professional competition feel. Kids' jiu-jitsu gi now include an elastic waistband, and sets include a white belt and a gym sack.
Production and control
BUDOGI is produced at a modern full-cycle factory in Pakistan with experience working with well-known brands. When developing judo gi, we took the requirements of the Judo Federation of Ukraine into account.
Easy selection and service
The site supports convenient navigation by size, fabric density, athlete level and sport, plus filtering by height, weight, level and discipline. We deliver across Ukraine, offer warehouse pickup in Dnipro and support exchange or return if the item is not the right fit.
